COMMISSION AND PAYMENT TERMS

Display and Classified rates are Net (non-commissionable). All rates are payable in advance with order unless credit has been approved. Where credit has been extended, invoices are payable on the terms stipulated. Claims for errors in billing must be made within 30 days of date of invoice. Otherwise, claims will not be considered.

Weekly Ads: $0.55 per word, minimum $5.50 for 10 words or less, $0.55 for each word over 10.

 

Boxed Ad Prices are as follows: (Summer rates now in effect: May thru Oct.)

1" X 1" Ad - 20 words or less:

1" X 1 ½" Ad - 40 words or less:

Classified Set Solid Deadlines

Advertisement appears Wednesday, the Deadline is Monday at 12 noon EST.

NOTE: REALTORS/BROKERS DEADLINE IS FRIDAY NOON.

1 and 2-column ads must be at least 1 inch deep.

3-column and wider ads must be at least as deep in inches as they are in number of columns wide.

1 column =       9,5 picas =     1-9/16 (1.59")  inches wide

2 columns =   20,3 picas =     3-3/8    (3.36")  inches wide

3 columns =   30,8 picas =     5-1/16  (5.13")  inches wide

4 columns =   41,6 picas =     6-7/8    (6.89")  inches wide
